Everything you need to know

Meeting point: Av. Apoquindo No. 4900, Las Condes, Ómnium Shopping Center (steps from Metro Escuela Militar).
Check-in: arrive between 7:00 and 7:30 AM.
Departure: between 7:30 and 8:30 AM, based on order of arrival.
Return time from the mountain: 5:00 PM.
In compliance with Chilean traffic law, minors may not travel on their parents' lap. Child seats are provided at no additional cost.
In case of vomit, spills or dirt caused by a passenger that requires extraordinary vehicle cleaning, a $30,000 CLP charge will be applied to the reservation holder.

All equipment must be tested and fitted by shop staff before being handed over.
You may pick up the equipment the day before your rental, after 2:00 PM, at no additional charge.
You may return the equipment the day after your rental, before 12:00 PM, at no additional charge.
Equipment must be returned to the Skitotal shop, handed over to staff along with the copy of the rental document to validate the return.
The customer is responsible in case of loss, theft or damage from misuse, and must pay the replacement cost.
In case of a late return, the charge corresponding to the additional rental days will be applied.

No refunds or compensation are issued for purchases made; this purchase does not grant the right of withdrawal, in accordance with article 3 bis letter B of Law 19.496.
You can use your purchase on another date or transfer it to another person.
